Only when you ask the AI to change your finished site. Building the site and editing it yourself never use credits.

FAQ
How long does it take to build a website?
Usually 5–10 minutes. Larger sites take a little longer, and you can watch the build live.
Can I edit the site myself?
Yes. Every word, photo, video and button is editable from simple fields in the admin panel — or just tell the AI assistant what to change.
Can I change plans at any time?
Plans are billed monthly or yearly (2 months free). Change or cancel anytime in My page — after cancelling you keep your plan until the paid period ends. Your website starts building as soon as you pay, so payments for a website that has already been created are non-refundable (including sites started from a ready-made example). If a website could not be created because of an error on our side, we refund in full.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on every plan. Change your domain's nameservers to ns1.xcloud9.com and ns2.xcloud9.com where you bought it, then request it under My Account > Domains and we'll connect it to your website.
How can I pay?
Choose monthly auto-pay, yearly auto-pay, or a one-time yearly payment (no auto-renew) — by credit card (PayApp) in Korea and by PayPal elsewhere. We remind you 14 days before a one-time year ends. Card details are entered only in the payment provider's window and never stored on our servers.
How do AI credits work?
Asking the AI agent to change your finished site uses about 5 credits per request (about 1 for a copy rewrite) — small edits use fewer, big ones a bit more — charged only when the change is applied. Each plan includes monthly credits that refill every 30 days from your payment date; unused credits do not roll over. You can top up anytime in My page, and purchased credits never expire.
